This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which Embark (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Learner” or “you”) of the Embark platform (the “Platform”).

Information We Collect

We collect both personal and non-personal identifiable information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our Platform, register on the Platform, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Platform. However, please note that:

• We do not ask you for Personal Information unless we truly need it to provide you with access to the Platform and the services/products offered therein.
• We do not share your Personal Information with anyone except to comply with applicable laws, develop our products and services, or protect our rights.
• We do not store Personal Information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of the Platform.

Types of Information Collected:

• Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We may collect PII such as your name and email address to enable your access to the Platform and the services/products offered therein. We will only collect PII that is voluntarily submitted by you.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
