Your Guide to XLRI DELHI MBA Admissions via XAT

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university from any discipline with a minimum of 50%
marks (aggregate) for MBA program.
Appear for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) and secure a high score (cut-offs vary each year)
Work experience is not mandatory, but may strengthen your application.
XAT Cutoff and Selection Process:
Candidates have to give the XAT exam to get admission in the MBA program.

Key Points of XAT 2024 Exam:
- XAT Marking Scheme:
- +1 for the correct answer. -0.25 for an incorrect answer, and -0.10 for more than 8 un-attempted consecutive questions.
- No XAT Negative Marking in the GK Section
- As per the new paper pattern, there will be 3 parts, including 6 sections in total.
- Part 1: Decision Making, Quantitative ability and data interpretation, and Verbal and logical ability.
- Part 2: Mock Keyboard Testing
- Part 3: General Knowledge and Essay Writing
XLRI Delhi XAT 2024 cut-off for both BM & HRM is given in the table- :
Results for the XAT 2024 will be available by the final week of January 2024. Students will be short-listed by XLRI for Interviews and Group Discussions. The cut off that is set by the institutes will be used to select students for further process.
The shortlisted students will be called for the further XLRI call criteria which further would consist of the following rounds:
- Group Discussion (GD) or/ and Essay writing
- Personal Interview (PI)
After conducting the XLRI Delhi selection criteria, the final list of selected students will be prepared. Selected candidates will be offered admission to the XAT Participating Institutes in their respective offered programs.
The final score of the candidates is released after the PI and different points carry some percentage of weightage with them. The components with their weightage in the final score are explained below:

XLRI Delhi Placements 2024 is concluded with 100% placements for the PGDM BM & PGDM HRM batches. XLRI Delhi average package stood at INR 29.89 LPA whereas XLRI Delhi highest domestic package stood at INR 75 LPA. 503 participating students received 519 domestic offers & 1 international offer. 33.39% of the batch received pre-placement offers.
